This set of KuSakura belts is the classic set competitors needed to be distinguished in the eyes of the referees.
In Japan, old traditions are still vivid. Sometimes in competitions, the use of IJF blue color Judo Gi is not allowed, and competitors have to wear only white Judogi. Places like the Kodokan are no exceptionand they prefer to use a white and a red belt to distinguish the two opponents. The two opponents have to wear one of those on top of their own belts. Thereby the referee and the audience can easily distinguish the two Judoka.
These belts are availableseparately (white or red).
This model does not contain a cotton core, it is very soft and although less durable, adapted to any form of practice. A , thicker, with a cotton core is also available.
